Unlike generic universal size charts, HOODZYN Fit Check runs your height, weight, optional chest/waist measurements, and preferred fit (Fitted, Regular, Relaxed, or Oversized) directly against the exact size chart of the selected garment. It computes the tailored garment ease and provides an honest match recommendation (High Confidence, Good Match, or Estimated).
What is HOODZYN Product Truth?
We don't invent unverified marketing specifications. Every product detail page features a "What You're Actually Getting" breakdown — highlighting verified fabric composition, actual GSM, tactile feel sliders (light to heavy, thin to thick, softness, and stretch), and transparent "Why You May Like It / Not Like It" guidance.
What is the status of Virtual Try-On?
Our Virtual Try-On technology is currently in experimental beta while we actively improve garment-drape computer vision models. To ensure a dependable shopping experience without misleading previews, we recommend using HOODZYN Fit Check and each garment's individual size guide.
How long does shipping take across India?
Each item is produced on-demand within 24 to 48 hours to minimize waste. Express shipping takes 3 to 5 business days for major Indian metros, and 5 to 7 business days for other regional areas. You will receive live tracking as soon as your parcel ships.
What is your return & exchange policy?
We offer a hassle-free 7-day replacement or return window from delivery for unwashed, unworn garments with original tags. Sizing exchanges are complimentary for first-time orders.
